 The Process


Step 1: You tell us the what, the why & the when

  • You tell us your vision, your date and your goals during our consultation (ie: we want a multi-day community event, April 2023, to foster community support for our new development).

  • Not sure where to start? We offer creative consulting where we work with your team to tease out the ideas, goals and solutions for your particular need. Creative Consulting starts at $50 per hour.

Step 2: We propose to you the how

  • We’ll prepare a custom proposal for Function’s services (which might include planning, design, coordination and/or creative consulting) and the associated costs.

  • We’ll outline the vision and a budget estimate to make it come to life.

  • We’ll also detail the things we’ll need from you & your team to make this happen - so we’re all clear on our roles.

Step 3: We make it official.

  • We’ll send you a contract for our services, payment schedule and first invoice to make things official

  • Contracts are always per event, you’re never locked in to a long-term commitment (though we love to work with you time after time!)

Step 4: We take care of the how & the who.

Depending on which services your proceed with, this could looks like:

  • Planning: We’ll secure all the vendors and items needed to make your event or campaign function. We’ll plan all the details, manage your budget, and produce a master timeline to keep us on track. You’ll have access to our project management tool so you can be up to date and collaborate on important decisions. 

  • Design: We’ll create a fully branded and purposeful design for every aspect of your event. 

  • Coordination: We’ll be onsite with our team to ensure everything runs smoothly, so you can focus on connecting with your team and clients. 

Step 5: We’ll all celebrate with a glass of Prosecco after a successful event and start dreaming up the next adventure!
