Above all else, we are kind and compassionate in everything we do. We believe that productions should feel good (like really good) for all involved: couples, clients, guests, vendors and the world.

We insist on a culture of respect for humans of all backgrounds, and recognize that words, actions and policies of inclusion matter. We are proudly LGBTQ+ friendly and are continually grateful to live, work and play on the traditional territory of the lək̓ʷəŋən peoples.

We believe in progress over perfection and meeting people where they are. We hold no judgement when it comes to best efforts and acknowledge that we ourselves are always learning and can always do better.
