However, to help give clients a better understanding of possible costs, we’ve noted our current * average investment * for services below.

 DESIGN

Average Investment:

$2,700 + GST (includes set up & take down services)

*Average investments assume a ceremony & reception, 25-150 guests, one venue (not a private property) and adequate set up & take down times. Weddings of smaller or larger scale than this will be quoted accordingly. Costs are for Function’s design, set up and take down services only and do not include any physical decor elements.

** Design services typically must be paired with Function’s Coordination services, but certain exceptions can be made. Please inquire to discuss possibilities further.

 PLANNING

Average Investment:

$3,000 - $4,500 + GST (depending on # of vendors, scope of work, work already completed etc)

*Average investments assume a ceremony & reception, 25-150 guests, and one venue (not a private property). Weddings of smaller or larger scale than this will be quoted accordingly. Costs are for Function’s planning services only and do not include any design or production services or other wedding elements.

** Planning services must be paired with Function’s Coordination services (this is how we ensure a feel good production from start to finish!)

COORDINATION

Average Investment:

$2,300 + GST

*Average investments assume a ceremony & reception, 25-150 guests, and one venue (not a private property). Weddings of smaller or larger scale than this will be quoted accordingly. Costs are for Function’s Coordination services only. Weddings on BC Statutory Holidays may incur additional staffing charges (to be discussed prior to signing). DOES NOT INCLUDE SET UP AND TAKE DOWN - these can be added on as a custom package!

** For 2024 Weddings: Coordination is offered as a stand alone service! (Though you’re welcome to add design or planning as well!)

*** For 2025 Weddings: At this time, Coordination must be paired with Function’s Design Services.

Prices above are for an estimation of average investment only. All weddings will receive a custom quote with true payable costs for services.

Travel Costs (including reimbursement for travel time, mileage & accommodation) may be added to weddings occurring more than 50km from Downtown Victoria. Some exceptions apply. All Travel Costs will be outlined in your custom quote.
